NRIs protest in 30 countries under slogan ‘Hindu Lives Matter’

In view of violence in West Bengal, non-residential Indians (NRI) protested in more than 30 countries. The photos of protests have gone viral on social media. After the declaration of the results of the West Bengal Assembly Election 2021, people are experiencing bloody violence across the State.

Nearly 30 people have been killed during the violence. Several videos of violence have gone viral on social media after the declaration of Election results. Even a vehicle of Central Minister was attacked by attackers. Over hundreds of people left the State in the fear of life threat.

The Home Ministry of India has formed a 4-member team that reached West Bengal on May 6th and held a meeting with the Governor on May 7 after reports of violence came out. A report on the matter is getting prepared by the team which will be further submitted to the Ministry. Meanwhile, the West Bengal Governor has sought a detailed report from security officials of the State.
